Morgan Jones

Morgan Jones is a Partner with Weldon & Rothman, PL, where she helps clients across Southwest Florida navigate personal injury and employment law matters. Her practice includes cases involving automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, as well as slip/trip and falls. Morgan’s practice also includes representing employees across a broad range of workplace disputes. She advises clients on wage and hour claims, including overtime, minimum wage, unpaid wages, and commission disputes, as well as leave and accommodation issues under the FMLA and ADA. She is dedicated to protecting employees facing workplace misconduct, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and hostile work environments. She also provides representation for unemployment appeals.

Since joining Weldon & Rothman in 2017, Morgan has built a distinguished reputation for her vigorous advocacy, attention to detail, and client-focused approach. Her dedication and results- driven practice culminated in her promotion to Partner in 2025. Morgan takes pride in developing lasting relationships with her clients and providing representation that is both compassionate and effective, tailoring her representation to achieve meaningful outcomes in each case.

She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a Dean’s List honoree and the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Morgan’s lifelong ties to Florida shape both her perspective and her dedication to serving clients throughout the state.

Committed to professional and community involvement, Morgan is active in several organizations, including the Collier County Bar Association, the Collier County Women’s Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Section and Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. She also belongs to the Florida Justice Association, the Southwest Florida Federal Court Bar Association, and the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Since 2024, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section.

Morgan is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
